Scheduled a smog certification the other day, arrived only to find I’d mixed up my appointment time. The mechanic said it was no big deal and still managed to get it taken care of before they closed for the day. Really awesome, much appreciated.

I really like the service I receive from JC Auto. They have a very convenient online appointment system; and when you arrive, they are friendly, timely, and have good communication with you. Just makes auto tasks easier ;)
