Great service on a smog certification on my motorhome.

Scott said the gentleman who assisted him is very nice but failed him on the smog test due to a visual inspection. He passed the emissions test but was told because his catalytic converter was tampered with his vehicle did not pass. He will be making an appointment with the bar to see what can be done. The business could serve him better by doing the visual inspection first and if the vehicle is not going to pass due to visual inspection, not to proceed with the emission test.

Kevin said everything was good. His vehicle was in and out, the staff was personable and they explained what they were doing. They were alll around cool guys.

Michael said this business provided great service as usual.

Even though JC could not resolve the issue, they were very helpful. It turned out to be a dealer issue.

"No Worry!" We take our vehicles to jc's because they make accurate recommendations and do excellent work both on the service and repair sides. Just had a trans flush oil change & tires rotated. Thanks Octavio and team JC.

"Service, quality repairs & reasonalble prices" We starting going to JC Auto for our smog needs and came to trust them. They are great. We recently had them refurbish a vehicle that had been sitting for 5 yrs+. They went through everything at a reasonable price.
